With the gradual improvement of people's living standards and health awareness, medical and health work has become a hotspot on which has been highly attracted by news medium.It is obvious that, a lot of problems about medical and health work have been highlighted, such as medical treatment is difficult and expensive, more and more conflicts between doctors and patients have happened, which deepened the contradiction between doctors and patients. Hence, malignant injury medical, medical shame, and kill medical event have been reported one after another. With the rapid development of network information technology, in the Internet public opinion is unprecedented active public microphone Era, network has become an important source about public opinion communication and hot topics collection. Network public opinion triggered and promoted a large number of medical incidents outbreak, resulting the events continuous fermentation sets off wave of the public opinion, even bring great pressure on the work of the government, making great negative effect on the hospital, causing further upgrade the social unrest and conflicts between doctors and patients. At present, the research on medical accident and the relationship between doctors and patients, from different angles, including sociology, medical information, health system, supervision by public opinion, and so on. This specific content relates to the identification, compensation and confirmation of responsibility to medical accident and from the point of view of the relationship between doctors and patients, the situation, causes, manifestations, and countermeasures were studied. But, network public opinion related medical research is mostly limited to analysis of the case, there is seldom putting the perspective of network public opinion and relevant medical incident together, to carry out a comparative study and make a conclusion from the results and put forward the best solution.In this paper, using the theory of network public opinion, sorted out the evolution process, abstracted and compared the cycle period and influence factors in the 3 events. From phenomenon to essence, this paper reveals the law of medical public opinion development though 3 events similarities and differences, predicts the trend, helping and finding the specific problem of the practical work of public opinion information in government and media. And offer some suggestions and methods for the government and media to guide public opinions.
