In the multicultural world environment,the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture is very important.Throughout the history of development,cultural heritage and development can not be separated from education,education is the most direct and effective way to inherit and develop our traditional culture.Chinese discipline is an important subject of inheriting traditional culture and an important carrier of Chinese excellent traditional culture.As a primary school language teachers,students are learning the traditional Chinese culture,the first mentor.So only the teacher have profound traditional culture,in order to lead the students to appreciate the broad and profound knowledge of traditional culture,in order to guide the students to understand the traditional culture and perception of traditional culture vitality of Chinese traditional culture in order to get good inheritance.This paper mainly investigates the current situation of the Chinese traditional culture of primary school teachers,primary school teachers found that the cognition of Chinese traditional culture is not high enough and the traditional culture teaching ability is not strong,but the primary school Chinese teachers hold a positive attitude towards the traditional Chinese culture,national culture and the lack of traditional culture.The investigation reveals the following issues: the traditional cultural knowledge teaching ability of teachers of Chinese language teachers of Chinese traditional culture reserve primary school,primary school and primary school teachers is not strong,but hard to self promote traditional cultural literacy,national teacher education training knowledge education are interested in traditional culture,the lack of traditional culture education.In this study,the author puts forward three strategies to improve these problems: Teachers' self promotion,school education,teachers' quality,and the promotion of Chinese teachers' traditional culture.The method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method used in the research process,and the main conclusions are as follows: the importance ofknowledge education and training of traditional cultural knowledge teaching ability of Chinese teachers of primary school teachers but it is difficult to put into practice,interested in the traditional culture of primary school Chinese teachers of traditional cultural knowledge reserve is not deep,primary school is not strong the lack of traditional culture,teacher education,literacy education.According to the investigation of the problems,continue to influence factors of the four aspects of traditional culture education in the education and training of the lack of analysis of the current situation of Chinese traditional culture of primary school Chinese teachers from the teachers themselves,school education in each stage,the influence of social environment,teacher training.In the end,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the traditional culture accomplishment of primary school Chinese teachers in order to improve the situation of primary school teachers' traditional culture accomplishment.
