Research On The Status Quo, Problems And Countermeasures Of Home-school Cooperation In Secondary Vocational Schools

The home-school cooperation is the key of the achievement in family-society-school,three-in-one education.Status quo of the secondary vocational school home cooperation understanding,analysis of existing problems,into the underlying cause behind the problems,so as to strengthen the effective cooperation between home and school is of great practical significance for improving the quality of school education.Through the literature research,this article summarizes the status of domestic and foreign cooperation schools and related research results.On this basis,through the questionnaire,with 180 parents of three Guangzhou city construction vocational schools and 80 teachers as investigation object,the construction of Guangzhou City vocational school home school cooperation investigation were investigated.The results show that the following problems in secondary vocational school home-school cooperation:home-school cooperation at random,poor planning;school with parents,little interaction,lack of mutual unity For lack of cooperation;identity,it is difficult to form the resultant force of education;parents tutor consciousness,teaching skills and education ability.Aiming at the construction of Guangzhou City vocational school home-school cooperation,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:to enrich the "home school cooperation",develop "home-school cooperation";to provide opportunities for parents’ training,improve the education level of parents;to tap the potential of the parents,the parents are valuable educational resource.I hope this paper can help the educators who work for the school and home-school cooperation understand the status of parents responsible in education,the development of targeted management measures have a certain reference value,at the same time,it can be a reference for the research of other scholars.
