Vocational education is a weak link in China's education system.As an integral part of China's vocational education,secondary vocational education is responsible for cultivating hundreds of millions of high-quality workers and is an important foundation for China's economic and social development.In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the development of secondary vocational education.The rapid development of the times has made the environment faced by students more and more complicated.At the same time,according to the psychological development characteristics of young people,the students of secondary vocational schools are in a period of youth rebellion,and relative to ordinary.The problem of psychological development of educated students is more complicated.All of these have brought many problems and contradictions to the students' growth process,so this has become a stumbling block for the development of secondary vocational education and secondary vocational school personnel training.In the face of these problems and difficulties,schools,families and society should work together to foster people and protect the development of young students.Based on the theory of synergy,the theory of home-school cooperation and the research status of predecessors,this study selected three secondary vocational schools in Guilin as a sample to conduct a survey,and conducted a questionnaire survey on the parents and teachers of these schools.Careful analysis,and from the five aspects of home-school communication channels,home-school cooperation cognition,form and content,effectiveness and enthusiasm of both schools,analyze the causes of the problems in the cooperation between home and school in secondary vocational schools,and explore the solution to the problem of secondary vocational schools.The strategy of cooperation issues,and finally put forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the co-education of secondary schools in secondary vocational schools.This article is divided into the following seven sections:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the reason of the topic and the important significance of the cooperation between the home and the school.It defines the concept of "secondary vocational school","home-school cooperation" and "co-education",from the theory of synergy and home.Relevant theories such as school cooperation and people's all-round development expounded the theoretical basis of the research,introduced the basic content and methods of the research,and finally reviewed the related research at home and abroad.The second part is the analysis of the necessity of cooperating with the cooperation between home and school in secondary vocational schools.It is beneficial to form a "all-round,all-round,whole process" education mode and realize education "Lide".The fundamental task of Shuren,promoting the all-round development of secondary vocational students,improving the quality of education,realizing the "connotative development" of the school,realizing educational reproduction and promoting national economic development,discussed the necessity of coordinating and educating students in secondary vocational schools.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of cooperation and education among home-schools in secondary vocational schools.The co-cultivation of co-cultivation from home-school cooperation,the development of co-education activities in home-school cooperation,and the cooperation between home and school The questionnaire was analyzed in five aspects: the effect situation,the influence of home-school cooperation on parents and teachers,and the factors affecting the cooperation between home and school.The aspects: home-school cooperation cognition,enthusiasm,form and content,home-school communication channels and the effectiveness of home-school cooperation..There are five specific problems in the five aspects of the cooperation between the home and the school of the secondary vocational school,the incorrect understanding of the cooperation between the home and the school,the lack of enthusiasm for cooperation between the home and the school,the single form and content of the home-school cooperation,the unsatisfactory communication between the home and the school,and the ineffectiveness of the cooperation between the home and the school.The fifth part analyzes the causes of the problems in the cooperation between home and school in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the reasons for the existence of the six aspects of schools,teachers,parents,students' families,social and institutional funds.The specific reasons are: the school's home-school cooperation planning organization is to be improved,the teachers' communication skills and experience are insufficient,the parents' cultural level is low,the students' family situation is special,the society's utilitarian ideas are flooding,and the system guarantee and capital investment are insufficient.The sixth part is aimed at the problems existing in the cooperation between home and school in secondary vocational schools and the specific reasons for these problems.It puts forward the scientific and cooperative school-school cooperation and the values of educating people,constructs the cooperation between home and school,fosters new-type home-school relationship,and improves the cooperation between home and school.Collaborative education system and fund guarantee,carry out home-school cooperation and education guidance and training,develop diversified home-school cooperation and collaborative education methods and content,and use parent resources to seek social support for the school.Improve the status quo of home-school cooperation in secondary vocational schools.The seventh part summarizes the research questions in the conclusion part,emphasizes the importance of the state's emphasis on home-school cooperation and the importance of home-school cooperation.Finally,it reflects on the inadequacies of this research,sums up experience for future research,and clarifies the direction.
