| The proper combination of school education and home education is a distinctive feature of modern education,which makes the home-school cooperaion an unavoidable topic in the field of secondary vocational education.However,there are few papers and researchs about it.It is a deeply reflective matter to see rare research devoted to this aspect,especially in this ever-changing age when everyone can’t deny the great significance of home-school cooperation to secondary vocational class management.This paper adopts questionnaire survey and interview method to search into the current status of home-school cooperation in a vocational school and analyzes the interviewee’s satisfaction of home-school cooperation.The survey found that in secondary vocational school the current home-school cooperation are effective in terms of its awareness,platform and forms.However,the survey also found some problems,such as the lack of planning,short of two-way communication and mutual recognition and a great room for the ability of working together.The main reasons are the ignorance of home-school cooperation,poor exchange of information and the lack of consensus on education.The paper give suggestions as follows: Firstly,we should establish a safeguard mechanism of home-school cooperation to promote the normal development of home-school cooperation in secondary vocational schools,including providing special cooperation funds,establishing home-school cooperation mechanism and establishing home-school cooperation institutions.Secondly,expand the cooperation channels between home and school to promote the mutual communication between home and school,including online platforms,parent conferences,campus theme activities,home visits,and parent teaching participation.Thirdly,enhance the participation ability of home-school cooperation subjects,to lay a solid foundation for home-school cooperation.Mainly through establishing the home-school cooperation training system for teachers and parents. |
