The ultimate goal of education is to educate people,in order to shape the personality of the students into the era of young people with a sense of happiness.And the determinants of this phenomenon cannot do without education depends on the physical environment,with the improvement of science and technology,people look forward to the education is more and more high.Therefore,education is to adapt to the development of the times changing.The ideological and political course as the main channel of moral education,which undertakes the major task of cultivating students humanistic feelings and sense of responsibility.And the main way to achieve this task is to carry out effective classroom interaction between teachers and students.Through effective teacher-student interaction,on the one hand,the active classroom atmosphere,mobilize the students desire to explore orientationThe development of creative thinking;on the other hand,the accumulation of teaching experience in various forms of teaching,improve the teachers' teaching skills.But in Ideological and political teaching effective interaction between teachers and students of the many factors involved,it is a long process of research,and is a long-term process.Therefore,in order to see the effect of the study of complex,heavy duty,we need hard exploration in constant practice.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part defines and main features of interaction and interactive meaning,pave the way for the understanding of the concept of effective teacher-student interaction;second is a summary of the theory of Ideological and political teaching effective interaction between teachers and students,including constructivism learning theory,the theory of Communicative Teaching and effective teaching theory.In the overview of the basic theory on the characterization of the connotation of effective teacher-student interaction and evaluation criteria;finally clarifies the necessity of effective teacher-student interaction.The second part of the combination of classroom teaching and practice experience the phenomenon of observation and thinking,on the ideological and political teaching effective interaction between teachers and students to analyze the problems on effective classroom.Interaction is the inevitable requirement of optimizing the teaching,practice and cultivate the ability of students.But the actual status of teachers and students interaction has many problems:such as interactive formality,single interactive content,the students in the interaction of participation is not high.So we need to combine the practice research,in-depth analysis of the reasons.Combined with the problem third part put forward the concrete countermeasure:change the concept of teaching;interactive forms and diverse methods;improve the cognitive level of students;students with practical creation of problem situations.
