With the development of curriculum reform,senior high school ideological and political courses pay more attention to the main role of students,emphasizing the implementation of activity-oriented courses through the development of subject-based teaching.Teacher-student interaction in high school ideological and political classes is an important way to promote students' subjectivity and promote students' participation in topic teaching.Therefore,the study on the interaction between teachers and students in high school ideological and political classes is of great significance to promote the reform of high school ideological and political teaching.This paper takes the teacher-student interaction in high school ideological and political classroom as the research object,using the method of literature and observation,expounds the meaning of teacher-student interaction,and discusses the significance,existing problems,causes and improvement strategies of teacher-student interaction in high school ideological and political classroom.The interaction between teachers and students in high school's ideological and political classes is conducive to exerting teachers' dominance and students' subjectivity,improving the quality of classroom teaching and creating a good classroom atmosphere.However,from the perspective of specific teaching practice,the teacher-student interaction in high school ideological and political classes has some problems in content,form and effect.In terms of the content of teacher-student interaction,there is a lack of in-depth,targeted and close interaction between teachers and students.In terms of the form of teacher-student interaction,compared with the traditional teacher-student interaction,the interaction between students and students is less,the interaction between students and students is less balanced,and the form of teacher-student interaction is relatively single.In terms of the effect of interaction,there are some problems such as less generation,insufficient effective feedback from teachers,and weak purpose of teacher-student interaction.The main reasons for these problems are that the awareness of teacher-student interaction is not strong,the ability of teacher-student interaction is weak,the teaching evaluation standard is relatively simple and pays too much attention to the result.To optimize the teacher-student interaction in high school ideological and political classes,we must renew the concept and enhance the awareness of teacher-student interaction.Enhance learning and enhance the ability of teacher-student interaction;Change teaching methods and build a platform for classroom interaction;Deepen the reform of teaching evaluation and create a good environment for classroom interaction.
