Construction And Implementation Strategy Of College Teachers Of Ideological And Political And Moral Quality Model

The quality of ideological and political and moral is an important part of the system of teachers’ quality in colleges and universities, while university teachers’moral quality of ideological and political has the profound influenced on promoting the comprehensive quality of university teachers, enhancing the quality of teaching, and developing of education objects.Having based on the research of basic theory of university teachers’moral quality of ideological and political model, it has specifically analysed and constructed the requirements for college teachers’model of moral quality of ideological and political, and finally come up with the implementation of effective strategies of college teachers of ideological and political and moral quality model.The text is divided into three parts.Part Ⅰ:The theoretical analysis and the research significance of university teachers’ moral quality of ideological and political model. This part is the logical beginning of this paper, around the university teachers ideological and political moral quality model and the related concepts into a scientific definition, theoretical basis of the teacher system interpretation of college ideological and political moral quality model, and summarized about researching on university teachers’ ideological and political moral quality model theory value and the practice significance.Part Ⅱ:Construction of college teachers of Ideological and political and moral quality model. This part is the core content of this paper, which has analysised about the construction foundation, model structure, construction principle in Ideological and political moral quality model, around the university teachers ideological moral quality model elements to design indicators, the final establishing the university teachers ideological and moral quality model.Part Ⅲ:Implementation of effective strategies of university teachers’moral quality of ideological and political model. The part concentrated on the construction and establishing about the first two chapters on university teachers’ideological and moral quality of model, and which is putting forward to ensure that the university teachers’ ideological and moral quality model and to ensure the successful implementation of the conditions, including to grasp the scientific connotation of implementation strategy and establish the implementation processes and construct the implementation team,and then set up the implementation mechanisms and create a good environmental system to promote the use of college teachers of ideological and political and moral quality model.
