In September 2014,the State Council formally promulgated "the Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Implementation of the Reform of the Entrance Examination System"(State issue [2014] No.35,hereinafter using "Implementation Opinions"),which states that "the total score of the candidates is determined by the 3 subjects of unified College Entrance Examination of Chinese,Mathematics,foreign language and 3 subjects of the High School Academic Level Examination,the academic level examination subjects included in the total score can be selected freely by the candidates in ideological and political,history,Geography,physics,chemistry,biology and other subjects in according to college requirements and their own expertise",which marks the new round of reform of an examination and enrollment system formally started.As pilot province,Zhejiang also immediately introduced its comprehensive reform program for College Entrance Examination.According to the New College Entrance Examination program,Zhejiang is required candidates to choose from 7 subjects(Increased technical subjects),a total of 35 kinds of elective portfolio.Therefore,after the promulgation of the New College Entrance Examination program,it is of great practical significance to understand the situation of the senior high school students' class selection and the specific measures of the senior high school to organize students to select and implement the Class Selection System.In this paper,taking 5 senior high schools in Zhejiang Province as an example,using the method of questionnaires to understand the situation of students elective and using interviews to understand the implementing situation of senior high school in Class Selection System under the background of the New College Entrance Examination.The questionnaire mainly analyzes the basic situation of the aspects of the attitude of the new College Entrance Examination program,the understanding of the selected subjects,the time of elective course,the sub-branch intention,the combination of the three subjects and the factors the affect their elective course.Through the interview,the senior high school mainly through the methods of exclusion,fixed,binding and optional to organize students to select course and through teacher lectures,subject introduction,career planning education,etc.to implement students guidance.In the Class Selection System,there are three kinds of modes,that is “ no take classes”,“ take classes” and “ binding classes”,and the school also take positive measures in student management,teacher assignment,teaching evaluation,teaching arrangement,etc.The study also found a lot of problems,in the aspect of school mainly are teachers shortage of resources,difficult in student management,in evaluate the quality of teaching and in scheduling and career planning education lag.The teacher's problem is that they do not understand their students,their teaching is not serious and they use the wrongway to guide student to elect courses.The main problem with the students is that students are recruited and blinded,and counseling is aggravated.Make the following suggestions based on the above questions: the government should allocate educational resources rationally and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas;schools should pay attention to the New College Entrance Examination,improve the construction of the Class Selection System;teachers should strengthen the students after school counseling,and guide students to elective science;parents should change their minds and strengthen communication;students should correct their attitude toward learning and selective their course careful.
