Research On The Management Status And Improvement Strategies Of Youth Volunteer Service Activities In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,in the context of building a harmonious society and actively spread positive energy,local governments,schools,non-governmental organizations,enterprises and institutions,such as the active organization of youth voluntary service activities.As a new carrier of moral education,secondary occupation school especially attention to the organization of youth volunteer service activities,gradually realize the organization of youth volunteer service activities is not only an important way of moral education,at the same time on students' personal growth also played a certain role in promoting.Participate in volunteer service to enable students to have opportunities for society,bear the responsibility and obligation to society,so that the participants learn to consciously enhance the spirit of dedication and sense of participation in social activities,improve their mental state;enrich the volunteer life experience;provide their professional practice opportunities,promote the development of their own.This research adopts literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method,the dalian A,B,C three secondary vocational school youth volunteer service activities of management present situation has carried on the investigation and analysis,Dalian for A,B,C three secondary vocational school youth volunteer service activities of management present situation has carried on the investigation and analysis,this survey questionnaires of 800 were issued to all students,recycling of 758 and 750 effective questionnaires.The effective recovery rate was 98.9%.The interview was conducted by an interview with 10 people.After the investigation,the information obtained by SPSS software is calculated and processed.?find out some common problems:one is the youth volunteer service activities of information distribution channels is not smooth;The second is the content of the youth volunteer service activities is not rich,and the students' professional contact close enough;Three is the skill training of youth volunteer service activity;Four is the youth volunteer service activities lack of financial support;Five is the summary of the youth volunteer activity is not comprehensive.Youth volunteer service activity for more than a management present situation and existing problems,and puts forward the solving strategies:one is the secondary vocational school to develop youth volunteer service activities of information dissemination channels;Second,secondary vocational schools to expand the content of the youth volunteer service activities,especially the content is closely related to the professional;Three,secondary vocational schools should strengthen the training before the youth volunteer service;Four is the secondary vocational school should increase capital input to the youth volunteer service activities;Five is a secondary vocational school youth volunteer service activities should improve the share exchange mechanism;Six is the secondary vocational schools to innovate in the form of youth volunteer service activities.
