| China is a country with a large number of employed people,and the employment problem is one of the focuses of widespread concern in the society.The employment of vocational school graduates is related to the government,enterprises,schools and other aspects,as well as social stability and economic development.High quality employment is of great significance for vocational schools to expand the scale of running schools,improve the quality of running schools,and promote the development of local regional economy and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Full text is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly studies the research background and significance of this paper,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and ideas,research methods and innovations.The second part is related concepts and theoretical foundations,mainly expounding the relevant concepts of secondary vocational schools and student employment management and determining the theoretical basis of this paper,and expounding the concepts of secondary vocational schools and student employment management,as well as the theoretical foundations such as job matching theory.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of student employment management in Dalian Secondary Vocational School,which mainly introduces the basic overview of Dalian Secondary Vocational School,the basic situation of student employment and the content of employment management.The problems and causes of employment management of students in Dalian secondary vocational schools were analyzed by means of literature research method,survey research method,theoretical analysis method and questionnaire survey.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of student employment management in Dalian secondary vocational schools,and based on the results of the questionnaire survey,it is found that the problems in the employment management of Dalian secondary vocational schools are unreasonable curriculum for employment guidance;backward employment management informatization construction;inadequate school career services;Employment management lacks institutionalization and analysis of its causes.The fifth part is the optimization countermeasures for the employment management of students in Dalian Secondary Vocational School,and the corresponding optimization countermeasures are mainly proposed through the analysis of problems and causes.In view of the problems and causes,countermeasures were given from strengthening improve student employment courses and education,strengthening the management of student employment informatization,improving the level of student employment services,and improving the student employment management system,hoping to improve the student employment management of Dalian secondary vocational schools.The sixth part is the research conclusions and outlook.The full text aims to provide reference for the reform and innovation of employment management of secondary vocational schools in Dalian,so as to further alleviate the social employment pressure,promote the reform of secondary vocational education system and employment management,accelerate the economic construction of Dalian,and maintain social harmony and stability. |
