The Education Administrative Department Should Study The Effective Countermeasures Of Network Public Opinion

Today we have entered the era of the Internet and the network has become one of the most important ways to get information.We can truly feel that all aspects of our lives are filled with the network.The distinctive features of the Internet age will have a great influence on the social public management.In addition,the government's information technology to promote the network has become an important platform for people to express their views and wishes,thus forming a network of influential public opinion.Because of the traditional thinking mode and behavior mode in the public management of our government,it is often powerless or even counterproductive to deal with the objective influence of the network public opinion.When the government,as the main body of social public management,can not properly deal with the social crisis caused by the social emergency,the result will inevitably lead to considerable social negative effects,and seriously damage the image of the government.The administrative departments of education,as the organization of the government at all levels to organize and manage education,makes all kinds of decisions that affect the whole society's attention and development.Therefore,the ability of the administrative departments of education to deal with the network public opinion is particularly important.In this paper,the basic principle and method of public management,political science and network communication are used to preliminarily research and analyze public opinion,which is the product of network "virtual community",analyze the new situation of dealing with the network public opinion of the administrative departments of education,and explore the procedures of information work of public opinion,clarify the importance of correctly dealing with the network public opinion in the field of public management.The problems in the management of public opinion in the field of educational administration are put forward and the cause of the problems are analyzed.Combined with the actual case and in view of the problems existed,a series of response strategy are put forward including the establishment of management concept of modern public opinion,the focus on the use of network public opinion of their own laws,improving the network public opinion response mechanism,strengthening the use of external resources.
