In recent years,with the rapid economic development of our country.and the speeding up of urban-rural integration development process,in the communist party of China's 18 th central committee,the central leading body of the party put forward the requirement of increasing the supply of public service and establishing and consummating the care service system for the elderly in rural areas.in this big background,the living condition of the rear elderly people in rural areas are getting more and more attention by the public,social organizations participate in the rural left-behind elderly community involvement in construction is becoming a trendFirst of all,this article makes a lot of field surveys and interviews through Chen Jia Pian area left-behind elderly people in Ji'an city.and get a basic understanding of the rural left-behind elderly community involvement and influence factors in this region.Meanwhile,this article makes requirement estimate about left-behind elderly in rural areas community involvement.the result shows that,the community involvement of left-behind elderly in rural areas make these following requirement :the participation of social public welfare activities to realize self achievement.participation of recreational activities participation of interpersonal communicationSecondly,through the basic of the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of social work intervention in rural left-behind elderly community participation,analyzing the advantages of team work and community work in the service of rural left-behind elderly community participation,mainly including: clarity of group work goal,equality of team members,interaction,problems of homogeneity and collective orien tation,interactive orientation of community activities.Once again,through choosing the cases of rural left-behind elderly to analysis group work and community service of rural left-behind elderly community participation in research.They are: " To let the old have something to do " the support groups of rural left-behind elderly community participate;"the national Double Ninth Festival,promoting the wind of respecting and loving old people community activities,respectively.Finally,through the analysis and study of a large number of existing data and on the basis of the comparison with the teamwork and the community working group mentioned above to some extent,some experience with reference significance and the existing deficiency of the study can be summarized.All these all done to make a certain contribution and reference both for social work service and involvement of rural left-behind elderly in the community construction,and to make recommendations for the improvement of rural left-behind elderly living conditions as well.
