Research On Leadership Education Of College Students

College Student Leadership Education has just started in China and gradually be taken seriously,personnel training institutions as college students in developing leadership already has a certain basis.The article uses the literature analysis,the questionnaire survey,the statistical analysis research method.The questionnaire was a self-made college student leadership education questionnaire(Such as appendix ?)and self-made college students leadership education level questionnaire(such as Appendix II),the recovery of valid questionnaires 515 copies of the questionnaire.The following problems are found in the overall level of college students' leadership education from the aspects of cognition,knowledge and practice,but there are still the following problems:First,the cognitive aspect:the majority of college students for the cognitive leadership has the right values,but the understanding of leadership is still vague,satisfaction with leadership training school is not high;second,knowledge:the lack of systematic training of university leadership knowledge,it is almost there are few specialized college students leadership project,students from the professional courses,public courses and other courses and other ways to obtain leadership knowledge;Third,the practice:colleges and universities in the school to carry out practical activities,social volunteer activities and internships to do a lot of work done but there are still some problems,such as student cadres' appointment elite support for student organizations is not,for the active participation of students is not high.In view of the problems raised by the survey,the author draws the following suggestions:First,we should explicitly include the college students' leadership education in the national talent cultivation strategy,and determine the training objectives and development plan.Secondly,in terms of values,We should strengthen the awareness of college students' leadership education and correct the values of leadership education in college students.Thirdly,we should provide students with knowledge and popularization courses in curriculum reform,carry out college students'skills training courses and rationally integrate college students' leadership courses and professional courses.Finally,in the broadening of educational practice should improve the practice of school education,on the basis of the development of social volunteer activities and the creation of leadership experience activities.
