With the quickening of popularization of higher education in our country,private colleges and universities also play an increasingly important role in personnel training.According to the government portal of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China,the statistics of the National Education Development Statistics Bulletin show that the number of private colleges this year,the number of enrolled students and the number of students in schools all show an upward trend.The flourishing development of private higher education also makes the new teachers continue to add to the private college teachers.In the study of teacher education,it is found that the beginning of new teachers 'entry is the key period to affect the development of teachers' career,and the beginning of a good career has a direct impact on the future mentality of teachers.Teachers as the core strength of personnel training in colleges and universities to do a good job in the new teacher induction training,building a high level of the teaching staff is the core of the competitiveness of colleges and universities,but also to ensure the quality of private colleges and universities necessary to protect the quality of training.The training of new teachers in private universities can lay a solid foundation for teachers' career and help teachers to better integrate into the working environment.The new pre-service training for new teachers in private colleges and universities must first combine the job requirements of private university teachers and analyze the training needs of new teachers of private colleges and universities,that is,under the specific circumstances of the development of private universities,what are the qualities of new teachers Requirements,private college teachers to achieve what the quality requirements for the school to train qualified personnel,to assume the college personnel training,academic research,social services.Based on the new teacher in-service training program of Shanghai private colleges,this paper discusses the quality requirements of new teachers in private colleges and universities,and investigates the new teachers' demand for different aspects of knowledge.At the same time,The author puts forward some reasonable suggestions to provide theoretical and practical guidance for accelerating the construction of new teachers of private colleges and universities and improving the quality of new teachers' in-service training in private universities.In this study,the new teachers participating in the new teacher induction program of private universities in Shanghai are taken as the research object.Through the questionnaire method and interview method,the new teachers of private universities are analyzed in terms of the different demands and different needs.The current content of the new teacher training program in Shanghai private colleges and universities compared to the actual content of teachers training for the private universities to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.It is found that there is a high degree of demand for the content of the new teachers,but there is a difference in the content of the teachers' training that the new teachers should possess.The new teachers have a good understanding of the teaching skills and professional knowledge And the demand for training content of literacy is higher.In addition,the statistical analysis shows that there is significant difference between the demand for teachers 'morality and the demand for teachers' scientific literacy for different types of teaching professors.According to the actual research results,the contents of the new teachers in the research are compared with those of the new teachers in the private universities.Based on the differences,the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions,improves the training content and enhances the effectiveness of the teachers training.The construction of teaching staff to provide theoretical and practical guidance.
