Research On The Teaching Ability Training Of Teachers Of Private E College

Teachers are an important part of human resources in private universities.The teaching level and quality of teachers determine the quality of private university.The history of running a school in private colleges or universities in China is only about 20 years.With the gradual accumulation of teaching and management experience,the quality of running a school is also improving.However,in terms of teachers' teaching ability training,private colleges generally are lack of effective solutions,also lacking on the implementation of security,In private colleges there are generally existing some problems like teachers' teaching ability training plan,content,pattern and means couldn't match the training needs,the phenomenon of effect is poorer,it restricts the development of private colleges,and the studies about private college teachers teaching ability training is relatively small.A more in-depth study on this will not only improve the overall teaching level of a private university,but also help strengthen its competitiveness and reputation.Taking E college as an example,on the basis of existing research literature review,this paper has used the focus group interviews,individual interviews,questionnaire survey method,the theory of competency model and ADDIE model tool for existing E college teachers teaching ability training of the defects to find analyze the phenomenon and reason,on the basis of the specific training needs,with the method of reverse design,through analysis and study the author got the expression precisely,targeted,pay more attention to the training objectives of the results,And according to the training objectives to deconstruct and reconstruct the content of the training course,rearranged the four different types of teachers' teaching ability training teaching progress,improved E college teachers' teaching training plan and implementation,and according to the E college development strategy and the actual situation,proposed the effective enforcement to guarantee the implement of scheme corresponding measures.
