As an excellent Chinese teacher of the older generation,Chen Zhongliang has his definite ideas and profound thinking on Chinese teaching in more than 50 years of theoretical and practical exploration.This paper attempts to study Chen Zhongliang's Chinese educational achievements from the aspects of educational thought and teaching art,and sum up his unique Chinese teaching thought and his contribution to the reform of Chinese teaching.This thesis consists of three chapters.The first chapter is the overall analysis and research of Chen Zhongliang's Chinese education research results.Combined with the work experience of Chen Zhongliang,his educational life is divided into three stages.Analysis and research on his theory and practice achievements by combing and classifying.The second chapter is the analysis of Chen Zhongliang's main thoughts on education.Chen Zhongliang believes that the Chinese teaching to "cultivate a culture" as the ultimate goal,and to promote the "self-learning" teaching model.In order to achieve the purpose of cultivating the "cultural person",teachers and students should improve their own language literacy.Students should start from the cultivation of good habits,pay attention to reading and lay a solid foundation.Teachers need to develop a solid cultural foundation and good overall quality,in order to improve professional quality.The third chapter combined with the classic examples of Chen Zhongliang.From the teaching content,methods and language,the three aspects of the Chinese teaching art are summarized.When dealing with the teaching content,it's necessary to approach the text,so as to distinguish the words and sentences,and to be more appropriate.Telling,reading and questioning are effective teaching methods in Chen's teaching.The choice of teaching language has his own style.Emotional language,effective dialogue between teachers and students can promote the development of teaching.As an excellent Chinese educator,Chen Zhongliang's theoretical and practical achievements in Chinese teaching and teacher training have had an important impact on the development of Chinese education and the growth of Chinese teachers.
