In recent years,with the implementation of the national fitness program,the implementation of the new curriculum reform,school-based curriculum as school-based curriculum has become the education form of the trend,but also has received wide attention from many ordinary teachers.Rope skipping is a sport has a long history in China,and on the basis of rope skipping,easy operation,various forms,not high request for the ground,can play a better fitness effect,deeply loved and welcomed by the masses.Therefore,it is of great value and significance to further promote the development of the Chinese traditional culture.This paper adopts literature data method,investigation method,expert interview method,case study method,detailed research on the current research status at home and abroad,many factors influence the skipping and school-based curriculum development and practice of skipping school-based curriculum in Haidian District Zhongguancun third primary school in the process and valuable experience worth learning,in-depth investigation of the response the call of the national education policy,to meet the needs of students in the current sports development background,explore the rope skipping carried out in Haidian District Zhongguancun third primary school grade four curriculum management system,various stages of teaching application,analysis of the school-based curriculum implementation process in a series of achievements of students' basic psychological quality,PE Teachers' occupation the overall quality level,the school sports culture development,and social sports associations closely The degree of increase remarkably,and pointed out that the scientific research ability and level of Physical Education Teachers--some practical problems still exist during the development and implementation of the authority to be further clarified,PE teachers should be improved,the lack of physical education curriculum evaluation methods and curriculum expert guidance.Finally,the conclusions and suggestions,hoping for the development and application of Beijing City elementary and middle school rope skipping to provide reference information and rich experience,so that the rope skipping school curriculum to be faster promotion and popularization.
