In recent years,with the implementation of the national fitness program and the implementation of the new curriculum reform,school-based curriculum is an important branch of perfecting the teaching system of school physical education,attention and its development situation both schools and teachers,so it is so important to choose reasonable sports.Beijing city Huairou District Yanqi school for "one school,one product" to rope skipping as the physical characteristics of school-based curriculum development research in Huairou District Board of education in 2016 supported by October.This paper adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics method to inspect the Beijing city Huairou District Yanqi school,in-depth study of jump pattern The development background,basis,teaching content,examination scheme of rope school-based course,etc.The problems existing in the course of development and practice are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to provide a detailed reference basis for the development of Beijing pattern rope skipping sport.To promote the improvement and popularization of the school-based curriculum of pattern rope skipping in primary and secondary schools,and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the sport of pattern skipping in primary and secondary schools in Beijing.The conclusions of the study are as follows:4.1.1 the Yanqi School pattern skipping school-based curriculum in Huairou District of Beijing has a good development background: the Education Commission gives support in terms of policy and funds;the demand for one-minute physique test of school skipping and the facilities and facilities of the school are abundant.In the course of the development of school-based curriculum,the principles of scientific nature,characteristic,health first,adaptability and so on are basically followed in the course of the development of school-based curriculum.4.1.2 according to the function of sports and health curriculum standards and the actual situation of students,the teachers and physical education teachers of Yanqi School in Huairou District of Beijing have formulated clear teaching objectives,teaching contents and objective examination plans.It ensures the teaching quality of school-based curriculum.4.1.3 although the Yanqi School of Huairou District has achieved good results in the development and practice of the school-based curriculum of pattern skipping,there are still some problems in such aspects as unreasonable arrangement of class hours,imperfect evaluation system,imperfect site facilities,and so on.After the discussion of school leaders,teachers of rope skipping and PE teachers,a series of measures were taken to solve the problems in the later stage,which made the school-based curriculum of pattern skipping have been carried out successfully.4.1.4 the influencing factors in the development and practice of the school-based course of pattern skipping in Yanqi School of Huairou District in Beijing mainly include the attitude of principals and parents to the development of school-based curriculum for pattern skipping,and the degree of students' interest in the sport of rope skipping.The professional ability of physical education teachers,school sports environment facilities and other factors.4.1.5 in Huairou District,Beijing Yanqi School pattern skipping school-based curriculum has achieved remarkable results,successfully carried out to achieve a win-win situation for teachers,students and schools.It is mainly embodied in three aspects: promoting the development of students' body and mind,setting up the characteristic curriculum of the school and improving the construction of the teaching staff.
