Figure rope skipping because of its novelty is various, novel and chic, movement, is now gradually become one of the eye-catching fashion movement. This simple traditional sports can play a unique charm of fitness, healthy heart, brain and was deeply loved by young students, is the advantage of high school sports school-based curriculum development project.This paper adopted the method of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, case study research methods at home and abroad such as rope skipping the research status of school-based curriculum pattern, figure jump rope, the influence factors of the development and application, figure rope skipping the school-based course development principle, etc comprehensive theory elaboration, and 29 middle school in Nanjing as the research object, explore figure rope skipping project as the background of the school-based curriculum development, form, practice process, and the results obtained in the process of implementation and the insufficiency, aims at providing a synchronized jumping rope in middle school of Jiangsu province provides referential data, promote figure rope skipping school-based curriculum in the teaching of middle school sports popularization and promotion.This study found that:(1) the principal, physical education teachers, students and school sports environment factors influence the rope skipping development and practice of school-based curriculum designs. Figure jump rope in Nanjing 29 middle school in the process of the development of school-based curriculum, sports teachers’ curriculum ideas, attitudes and skills is affect the figure rope skipping the main factors of school-based curriculum development and practice, but the President’s support is the premise of physical education teachers to do a good job of rope skipping school-based curriculum designs. Students’ interest in participating in sports and school environmental condition and promote the school pattern rope skipping the main factors of school-based curriculum development and practice.29 (2) the figure jump rope in Nanjing middle school school-based curriculum development and practice, through to the figure rope skipping the goal determination of school-based curriculum, the choice of content, so that the students in the process of learning pattern rope skipping basic technical movements, through the way of people cooperation and game to make the students enjoy the pleasure of rope skipping movement pattern, promote the development of the students’physical and mental health, but also improves the sports teachers’ professional quality, promoted the development of school sports culture. (3) the figure rope skipping is Nanjing 29 middle school preliminary development of school-based curriculum, school-based curriculum development in figure jump rope and practice still exist in the process of teachers’ curriculum pattern input energy is not enough, physical education teachers rope skipping development ability is not enough, lack of expert guidance of school-based curriculum in figure rope skipping, didn’t work out more perfect scientific figure rope skipping school-based curriculum evaluation standard, etc...
