In recent years,the speed of China's economic development slowed down,we should pay attention to industrial transformation and upgrading,it is also a good time to start a business.And stimulating employment and entrepreneurship is an important means to cope with economic slowdown.Entrepreneurship can effectively promote economic growth and ease the pressure of employment,so it has been an important concern of this era.At 2014,Premier Li Keqiang said that the new wave of "public innovation" and "grassroots entrepreneurship" should be set in the China to form a new form of "everyone innovation".In the context of the strategy of national innovation and entrepreneurship,in the context of the Internet era,we need to carry out a large number of knowledge-intensive entrepreneurial activities to enhance economic vitality.In 2014,the number of Chinese college graduates increased to 7.27 million from 2.8 million in 2004,the growth rate about 160%,"the employment of college students" has become the hot spots.According to the survey of employment stress of Chinese college students in 2015,only 5.54% of the graduates had chosen to start their own businesses,and compared with the western countries,there's a huge gap.In the difficult employment environment,college students are the main groups of knowledge-intensive entrepreneurial activities.In the entrepreneurial activities of college students,how to identify business opportunities directly determines the direction of entrepreneurship and the implement of entrepreneurial strategy is essential to the results.In the research of existing entrepreneur opportunity recognition,scholars focus on the outcoms variable and antecedents variable.Outcomes included entrepreneurial intentions,firm performance and others;antecedents variable included prior knowledge,social capital,entrepreneurial alertness,entrepreneurial characteristics and so on.The study of antecedents variable focus on entrepreneurial alertness and prior knowledge.But a little scholars think about the impact of entrepreneurial opportunity identification from the angle of theentrepreneurial characteristics.Therefore,based on the previous scholar's research,particularly the initiative personality concept proposed by Bataman & Crant(1993)and the social network proposed by Barnes(1954),this paper makes the college students as the research objects,then through theoretical deduction,questionnaires and empirical research explores the influence of the initiative personality on the recognition of the entrepreneurial opportunity,and analyzes the intermediation of the social network in the initiative personality and entrepreneurial opportunities identification.This paper focuses on the basic problem of "How does initiative personality affect entrepreneurial opportunity recognition ",and combs the influencing factors of entrepreneur opportunity recognition.At the same time,the author studies the initiative personality from the perspective of the concept of initiative personality and the behavior of the initiative personality.This paper defines the concept of initiative personality,entrepreneur opportunity identification and social network.And I divide the dimension,the initiative personality and entrepreneur opportunity recognition are one-dimensional structure.The social network is four-dimensional structure,it includes network structure,network relational intensity,network centrality,and network heterogeneity.On the basis of combing the literature,the relationship model of active personality,social network and entrepreneur opportunity recognition is constructed.A total of 220 valid questionnaires were obtained through the questionnaire survey.The reliability and validity of the data were tested by SPSS statistical software and Excel software.The test results were in accordance with the standard.At the same time,the empirical results were validated by factor analysis and multiple regression and research hypotheses were validated.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Initiative personality has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity identification(2)Social network and it's each dimension has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial opportunity identification(3)Social network and it's each dimension plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between active personality and entrepreneurial opportunity recognitionThe conclusions of this paper enrich the studies of entrepreneurial opportunity identification,especially through the empirical research method,confirms the influence of the initiative personality on the entrepreneurial opportunity identification.We discuss the predecessor variables of entrepreneurial opportunity identification from the perspective of personality traits,the same time from the perspective of information sources and information acquisition,social network is regarded as the mediator.So that we can clearly understand what kind of individual easier to identify business opportunities,help to inspire college students that who has entrepreneurial ideas rationally build and maintain their own social network,through their social network they can acquire a lot of high-quality information,increase the probability of identifying business opportunities,identify more business opportunities.At the same time,it provides enlightenment to the entrepreneurial education activities at the present stage.For the entrepreneurial education it is not only the basic theoretical knowledge of the entrepreneurial education,but also the training of social communication,help the students build their own social network.At the same time,education for children and adolescents should help to guide their active personality formation and development.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized,and the limitations of the research and the prospect of the future are pointed out.
