Class-teaching is an important part of cultivating college students of sports specialty.It is the primary task for current college sports work to deepen the reform of physical teaching method.It should be changed that the teaching method which emphasized to accept the mechanical learning and training in physical education.The teaching method of leading students to paticipate in practice actively,and developing ability of initiative learning and cooperative communication should be encouraged,cooperation and communication skills teaching methods.Multi-feedback teaching method is a kind of teaching method which is based on the theory of system theory,information theory and cybernetics,combined with the foundation of psychology and modern teaching theory.It is guided by teachers,students are the main body and systematically studied to master the knowledge and development ability.Objectives,highlighting teaching and learning and learning and learning between the multi-directional information exchange and information feedback,in line with today's physical education reform requirements,so that students in a harmonious classroom atmosphere to learn,to achieve the best teaching results,improve classroom teaching quality.Based on the results of multi-feedback teaching method in the field of education,this paper adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.By applying the multi-feedback teaching method to college volleyball This paper discusses the theory and practice of the multi-feedback teaching method in the use of volleyball teaching in colleges and universities,and reveals the positive impact of the multi-feedback teaching method on college volleyball teaching.It aims to promote the application of multiple feedback teaching method in college volleyball teaching in the future,and then deepen the reform of college physical education and improve the teaching quality of volleyball curriculum,promote the comprehensive development of students and cultivate the comprehensive talents needed for today,As well as for the volleyball teaching reform to provide practical and theoretical reference.It is necessary to explore the positive impact of the multi-feedback teaching method on the volleyball teaching of college physical education in order to study the motivation,attitude,cooperation consciousness and ability,master the theoretical knowledge,the level of motor skills and students' evaluation.And through practice summed up the volleyball teaching in the implementation of multiple feedback teaching method.The experimental results show that:(1)The method of multiple feedback teaching applied to volleyball teaching and conventional teaching methods has significant effect on improving the students' volleyball technology,and among them,there are significant differences in and technical evaluation performance,and the experimental results of the experimental class are obviously higher than the control class.Multi-feedback teaching method is beneficial for technical movement specification.(2)Comparing to control class,there is a significant difference in experimental class in terms of theoretical performance,and the average score of the students in the experimental class is higher than that of the control class.In the aspect of mastering the theoretical knowledge,the multiple feedback teaching method is better than the conventional teaching method.(3)The multiple feedback teaching method is helpful to animate the atomosphere of volleyball classroom,and the students' learning motivation of volleyball course had been improved,which can promote the students' learning task clarity and completion rate.It is generally believed that the level of learning motivation is consistent with the learning effect.(4)The application of multiple feedback teaching method in volleyball teaching gives full play to the main body status of students,which has been recognized by the vast majority of students,which is helpful to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and has a positive impact on the improvement of teaching quality.
