| As an important part of physical education courses in colleges and universities, the optional course of martial arts is widely carried out in colleges and universities.Research based on network environment and the characteristic of martial arts movements, according to the features of the three stages of the sports skill form and requirements, respectively,in the martial arts action cognitive stage, action stage, action automation stage adopts different combinations of feedback teaching method, formed the movement skill learning and martial arts and martial arts movement style master to accommodate multiple feedback teaching method,Based on group cooperative learning,after-class learning is extended to realize the application of multi-feedback teaching method. The aim is to make up for the deficiency of traditional teaching method through the application of multi-feedback teaching method, and explore the effect of multi-feedback teaching method compared with traditional teaching method in improving students’ learning motivation, learning interest, cooperative consciousness, improving students’ physical quality, mastering technical movements and theoretical knowledge. This paper takes the experimental research of multi-feedback teaching method in college martial arts optional course as the research object, and adopts the literature method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, teaching experiment method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods. Two classes of 2019 martial arts optional course in Northeast Petroleum University were randomly selected as experimental subjects and divided into experimental class and control class for experimental research. The experimental class uses multiple feedback teaching method, while the control class uses traditional teaching method.Through sorting and statistics of the test data after the experiment,an objective analysis of the experimental test results was made, and the following conclusions were drawn:1.By testing students’ completion of 24-form Taijiquan,it is shown that the multi-feedback teaching method is more conducive to improving students’ movement quality and training level compared with the traditional teaching method.2.According to the test results of theoretical knowledge, there is little difference between the multi-feedback teaching method and the traditional teaching method in promoting students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge.3.The results of students’ physical fitness tests show that the multi-feedback teaching method is conducive to improving students’ strength quality, but has little difference in improving students’ speed quality and flexibility quality.4.According to the statistics and analysis of the data from the questionnaire survey,it is found that the multi-feedback teaching method is more conducive to stimulating students’ learning motivation, learning interest and sense of cooperation than the traditional teaching method. |
