Research On The Development Path Of County Sports Culture Industry

In recent years,our country attaches great importance to the development of cultural industries and sports industries,promulgating and implementing some cultural industries and sports industry development policies and planning documents.Sports industry is the 21 st century sunrise industry and emerging industries,as an important part of the cultural industry,the development of the sports industry are inseparable.At the same time,the county as China’s basic administrative divisions,being the key position,the economic social development of the county has an important role.The development of county sports culture industry improves the level of county economic development,enriches the people’s spiritual and cultural life with important strategic significance.Therefore,the county sports culture industry development urgency is self-evident.At this stage,the state is in the “thirteen five”development of the critical period,the provinces and cities are in full swing in the development of sports industry and cultural industry development of thirteen five plan.At present,the related research of sports culture industry in the county are mainly concentrated in sports tourism,sports culture and sports and tourism resources integration,the lack of systematic research,the sports culture industry to put forward "county,county sports culture industry development path research--Taking Zoucheng city as an example”of this topic.This research adopts the methods of literature review,field investigation,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and case study.Combined with the national and provincial sports industry and cultural industry development planning,and part of the county city sports and cultural development planning,from the theoretical level of the path of sports culture industry development of the county of macro construction;on this basis,the case study of sports culture industry in Zoucheng city.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)the development of county sports culture industry should adhere to the principle of reform and innovation as the driving force,people-oriented as the core,local conditions as the strategy,government led and market driven as the principle of protection.(2)the development goal of the county sports culture industry is the development system of the sports culture industry,which has a reasonable structure,a unique brand,a complete talent and a sound organization.(3)the development of the county sports culture industry is to optimize the production environment,adjust the industrial structure,improve the industrial layout and improve the level of industrial management.(4)the main path of county sports culture industry development for the industrial market system perfect and activate the development road;industry resources development andintegration of the road;build industrial brand and upgrade the road;industry cluster development path;industry coordination and integration of the development of the road.(5)Zoucheng city sports culture industry is small in scale,the internal structure of the development of sports culture industry is not balanced,sports entertainment industry,sports tourism and sports cultural festivals and sports lottery industry development trend is good,sports culture media and sports lottery industry development foundation is better,sporting goods manufacturing,sports intermediary services sports culture,exhibition industry,sports industry,sports training industry,folk culture and sports development of the construction industry is slow.(6)Zoucheng urban residents sports consumption attitude is good as a whole,the streets of the city residents’ consumption attitude of sports culture is better than in the township;sports consumption amount of city streets and the Taiping town residents concentrated in the1000-2000 yuan,a large amount of consumption of sports culture and Shu Zhen Tian Huang town residents concentrated in the 500-1500 yuan,that there are some differences in the consumption level of urban residents sports culture;sports consumption of urban residents is mainly concentrated in the tourist scenic spots,sports clothing and sports lottery,sports culture to reflect the consumption of urban residents is single.(7)the main advantage of the development of sport culture industry in Zoucheng city for the rich historical and cultural heritage,the prosperity and development of cultural tourism industry,the vigorous development of the sports cultural activities;disadvantage is the internal structure of sports culture industry is unreasonable,urban residents sports consumption level is not balanced,lack of sports culture industry talents,lack of specialized sports culture industry the organization management and the development of sports industry policy;opportunity is the No.46 document issued,“the international spread of Zou Lu culture”;also face the threat of regional sports culture industry competition intensifies,the lack of characteristic sports culture brand.(8)Zoucheng city sports culture industry development space layout of the
