By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,field investigation,interview and comprehensive analysis,etc.,the present status of development,Kunshan city sports industry the basic characteristics and existing problems,influencing factors and other aspects of investigation and research,to promote the Kunshan science industry,sports development characteristics,enrich the connotation of the development of the sports industry in the well-off,and provide the reference for the development of sports industry in other city.The results show that:(1)the sports industry is a collection of activities for the public to provide sports services and products,as well as activities associated with these activities.(2)the Kunshan sports industry mainly presents the following development status: the total output value of the sports industry has increased year by year,the upward trend;sports leisure industry mainly includes the new fashion fitness project and traditional leisure fitness project of two kinds;strengthen the internationalization of sports industry and the diversification trend;gradual development of sports facilities and services operation;sports goods manufacturing and sales industry showed the regional development characteristics of sports training industry specialization;continuous improvement;development of sports lottery industry strong,has become an important part of the development of sports industry.(3)strengthen policy support and guide the construction of the sports industry,the special variety and development of the situation,pay attention to overall development and leveraging the advantage,build the sport and industry to enhance the synchronization pattern,give full play to the power of private capital,pay attention to the construction of the sports industry brand and strengthen the basic characteristics of city construction concept penetration in the development of sports industry in the development of sports industry in Kunshan.(4)the development of sports industry in Kunshan still faces some problems,such as "black hole" and "lack of coordination of industrial structure".(5)national and local policies and regulations,the overall level of urban economic development and the support of the sports industry are important factors affecting the development of sports industry in Kunshan.The basic path of the development of sports industry in Kunshan is to comprehensively promote the construction of national sports industry base as a starting point,the scientific planning of industrial development;optimize the market environment,aimed at the market demand,strengthen the industrial structure adjustment,support sports business grow;pay attention to propaganda and guidance,transformation of residents’ participation in sports and health concept,strengthen the awareness of investment and enhance the residents’ sports consumption ability;take various measures actively,strengthen the cultivation of talents in sports industry;establish and improve relevant laws and regulations,strengthen policy support;make full use of local social resources,the formation of resource integration and development cooperation;promote the integration development of the sports industry and related industries;strengthen the sports industry investment guidance,reference in developed countries the mode of operation and management mode etc..
