Study On The Functional Division Of Population Development In Tongliao City

The rapid development of China's population and economic has a very strong impact on the resources and environment.The discordant of population with the economy,society,resources and the environment is the key factor which restrict the development of our country.These problems occur frequently in mountainous areas,distressed areas and national ecological defence areas in our country.The imbalance between population and resources needs to solve.Thus,it is very necessary to solve the problem by dividing the population development function zoning.In this paper,in accordance with the existing and mature practices and theories wielding home and abroad,take the 78 towns as in Tongliao as basic assessment units,combined with the reality of Tongliao,dividing the Tongliao city into 4 population development function zoning types and put forward the zoning guidance.The main contains and conclusions are as follows:(1)Using the resource environmental bearing capacity theory,sustainable development theory,and appropriate demographic theory and so on,for the particularity of ecologically fragile area,expounded the principle and method of population development functional partition,stated about the basic concepts and the connotation of population development function,the general idea,main task and partition method,solved the problems of the theory basis of population development functional partition.(2)Refer to national population index system for the development of functional partition,based on the ecological problems and social development of Tongliao city,selected the evaluation index system,and build the relevant analysis model,solved the problem of the population development function partition method;draw lessons from the domestic and foreign relevant experience,determined the discriminant method system of population development functional partition revision principle,solved the division problem of population development function partition.(3)Taked Tongliao city as an example,according to different living environment suitability,tongliao city resources carrying capacity,economic development level in villages and towns,used the multi-factor space based on ArcGIS superimposed analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis based on SPSS,divided the Tongliao into 4 kinds of population development function partition,and according to the characteristics of the regional ecological environment,population development,put forward the corresponding suggestions.(4)Human settlements environment is best in the central plains of Tongliao city,second in southwest low hilly land and worst to north high mountain;Land resources situation is not optimistic,Water resources is the important factors that restricting the development of Tongliao city,from the point of economic development level,the dri,ving and radiating ability of key villages and towns economy in Tongliao city is weak,the economic downturn is the villages and towns are widespread economic phenomenon.(5)The features of population development functional zoning in Tongliao are as follows:?The population development functional zoning in Tongliao mainly are the population stable areas and population moderate agglomeration areas,secondly are the population evacuation areas and limit areas.?The population moderate agglomeration areas in tongliao take key towns and city centers as its mainly type,where the man-land relationship is harmonious,and the development space and potential are much more in these areas.?The population stable areas take key towns and ordinary towns as it's mainly type,the man-land relationship in these areas is relatively harmonious so that the development space is small.Accept the transfer population of rural labor properly is the development direction in these areas.?The population evacuation areas take small villages and ordinary towns as it's mainly type,the man-land relationship in these areas is absonant relatively so that the human development here in the future should focus on evacuation,moderate to do point-like concentration.?The population restrictive areas take small town and mountain villages as its mainly type,such as where the man-land relationship areas is absonant awfully.In the future,to coordinate the relationship of population and resources,the government should actively promote ecological migration.
