Intervention Of Social Work In Intergenerational Emotional Communication Of Rural Left-behind Families

During the accelerating process of informationization,industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in China,number of rural left-behind family continues to expand,the resulting problems are growing.These rural left-behind families face with pressures not only from low level of material life,but from lacking of spiritual needs.Among them,problems of generation-skipping emotional communication increasingly become prominent.How to solve the generation-skipping emotional communication problems in rural left-behind families,has become an important field in theory and practice for social work.This research is carried out in the following areas.Firstly,using the method of questionnaire and depth interview,it makes clear that problems obviously exist in the generation-skipping emotional communication of the left-behind families in C village of ChangTang town of Jian city.Secondly,the reasons of these problems are analyzed.On the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of using social work intervention in generation-skipping emotional communication in rural left-behind families,social workers carefully plan to carry out the case and group activities,playing the role of founder,organizer,educators,guider and so on.Finally,on the basis of summary and reflection on the process of practice,we analyzed the effects and shortcomings of case and group work in generation-skipping emotional communication in rural left-behind families,and put forward some suggestions,such as the necessity of promoting professional activities of social worker,of improving engagement of service object,of establishing multivariate activity patterns to improve the effectiveness of activities.At the same time,the role of social worker needs to be comprehensively,needs to give play to the important role of policy advocacy.Studies have shown that it is necessary and feasible for the method of case study and group work in generation-skipping emotional communication in rural left-behind families.It may help boost cognitive level and skills in generation-skipping emotional communication in rural left-behind families,make a satisfied achievement,build a harmonious family atmosphere,offer reference for social workers to do future research and carry out the practice on generation-skipping emotional communication.
