In order to respond positively to the party’s eighteen major calls for speeding up the construction of a powerful nation of human resources,and to meet the needs of society for talented people,everyone must set up the concept of lifelong learning.Therefore,adult education is becoming more and more important.The adult education is used in the traditional classroom teaching mode,which is responsible for teachers to impart knowledge,the student is responsible for receiving and memory of knowledge;In this process,neglected to explore knowledge,ignoring the teachers and students interaction,ignoring students’ subjectivity and initiative,cause the teaching effect is less effective,with the popularity of information technology came into being,the flip classroom teaching mode is starting.Since the introduction of flipped classroom,it has been welcomed by all circles of society for its own advantages.However,according to the previous research,the research on the application of flipped classroom teaching model in adult education is still scarce.On the basis of study on a large number of domestic and foreign literature,based on the Shanghai Open University "service management practice" curriculum,with 15 software engineering majors of Shanghai Open University and 16 software engineering majors as the research object,carried out research on the application of classroom turn based on adult education.In order to research whether the flipped classroom teaching mode suitable for application in adult education,this research mainly explored from the following two aspects: first,based on the flipped classroom teaching mode,the effective design of adult education;two,to carry out the research of adult education experiment flipped classroom based on the effectiveness of teaching design and teaching strategies.Through the analysis of experimental data and found that compared with the traditional teaching mode in adult education,based on the flipped classroom teaching mode,learning motivation can improve learners’ learning effectiveness has improved,that flip classroom teaching mode has a certain role in promoting adult education;for subsequent similar research a reference.This study is divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction,mainly expounds the research background,research content and significance,research ideas and research methods.The second part is the literature review and theoretical basis,mainly expounds the two aspects,the first is about application of flipped classroom teaching mode at home and abroad;the second includes two aspects: one is the research of the flipped classroom,including the flip classroom connotation and characteristics and advantages,the other is the research on adult education,mainly expounds the characteristics of adult education and carry out the flip classroom teaching mode in adult education advantage.The third part is the design principle and framework of adult teaching based on flipped class.This paper mainly introduces the general principles of adult teaching design based on flipped classroom teaching mode and the framework of teaching activity design.The fourth part takes the course of "service management practice" of Shanghai Open University as a specific case,mainly from four aspects: experimental design,experimental content,experimental process and experimental tools.The fifth part mainly expounds the concrete implementation process of the experiment based on the course of service management practice.From the beginning of the classroom teaching,the preparation of pre class teaching resources,the specific classroom teaching process,the process of learning after class,evaluation process.The sixth part mainly expounds the experimental data and analysis results,verify the hypothesis of this study: flip classroom teaching mode can improve adult learners’ learning motivation;flipped classroom teaching model can effectively promote the adult learners’ learning,improve the effectiveness of adult learners.The seventh part mainly expounds the research conclusions and suggestions of the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in adult education.
