In recent years,along with the informationization of higher education globalization is the development trend of the education informatization and the national policy orientation,flipping the classroom,teaching reform of various MOOC based on information technology theory and practice has become a hotspot in the field of educational technology.The world literature analysis,teaching reform practice in our country appears flipped classroom in primary and secondary schools the behavior of individual teachers tasted,or small talk,or virtually disappeared,the overall lack of systematic planning and organization promoting policy support.Therefore,this paper to turn the classroom research model as the research object,to learn and teach both"Teaching Theory,to flip the classroom in Northwest Local University-Yan'an University implementation status as an example,using the method of literature analysis,the method of observation,the necessity of interview and questionnaire survey empirical implementation of flipping the classroom in Colleges and universities of our country,the feasibility and effectiveness of the verification and analysis of the existing problems in the implementation of the analysis,finally puts forward the corresponding strategy to solve problems.Based on the investigation of 190 students in our school 2 professional 3 grade 4classes,the implementation status and effectiveness of flipping the classroom in the empirical analysis.The results of data analysis,colleges and universities in the teaching environment,teachers and students' information literacy,teachers and students use intention and other aspects for the implementation of the flipped classroom.Moreover,practice has proved that the flip classroom teaching mode in classroom teaching of colleges and universities is conducive to solving the problem of "teaching",is to mobilize the enthusiasm of students learning,is conducive to innovative talent training in Colleges and universities to enhance the quality of teaching.Of course,because my school is located in the northwest region,which belongs to the local provincial colleges and universities,there are teaching conservative thought,teaching scientific research,students self-control is weak.The impedance factor attribution analysis based on the teachers,students,teaching and teaching effect of the three elements of the three dimensions of the corresponding improvement strategy is proposed.The perspective of teachers,improve the comprehensive quality of College Teachers' occupation(set up educational beliefs,enhance information literacy,the line of mixed training model to improve the ability of teaching design model based on the flipped classroom);the perspective of students,to cultivate students' self learning habits;teaching effect,enrich autonomous learning resources(buy suitable self learning Self or autonomous learning resources,learning resources)mining of flipped classroom model with the subject characteristics,strengthen teacher-student interaction frequency and effectiveness,establish timely and effective incentive mechanism,cultivating model turning course reform,improvement strategy of the construction of college network teaching management platform.
