Since the 1990s,E-learning has got a rapid development and application in the area of education,through practice and reflection for decades,people gradually find that the E-learning has some unavoidable drawbacks and the traditional class teaching still has some imponderable advantages.The Blended learning came on the scene under the background of this era of information technolo gy,it advocates that we should combine the E-learning and class teaching to get them mutually promoting and complementing each other with advantages.In recent years,the new educational resources on the internet such as the open class of network video,Elaborate Courses,MOOC and Microlecture have attracted people's attention.If we want to get the advantages from the E-learning and class teaching,we must use the Blended learning.This thesis aims to build the models of Blending learning and give some teaching strategies.This thesis use the methods of data studies and case study,starting from the research status of the Blending learning and teaching strategy,on the basis of literature review about the theory and practice of the Blending learning,to clarify the meaning of Blending learning,to find its essential in tension.Blended learning means that students are the main bodies and teachers are the guiders,to realize a certain goal,it combines the E-learning and class teac hing in the organic fusion way.Integrating the the meaningful reception learning theory and constructivism learning theory,this paper comes up with some advanta ges about Blending learning,it combines the advantages from E-learning and class teaching,it combines collective teaching,independent learning and collabor ative learning,it has various instruction resource,it has lots of interactions.This thesis put forward some standards that the model of Blended learning should follow.It includes double roles principle,target-oriented principle,integrated principle and flexible principle.On the basis of the advantages and standards,this thesis builds four models of Blended learning.They are the model of founda tion-expansion,the model of guide-subsequent,the model of leading-promotion and the model of prelude-subsequent.It also presents the concrete meaning and the implementation process of these models,and we can blend these models to use.According to case study,this paper study on some teaching cases which use the models of blended learning,finding some problems existing in teaching.There are the problems: the teachers' plan and monitoring to teach is not enough,they are lack of emotion leading and personalized counseling in indep endent learning,they are short of controlling learning tasks in collaborative learning,they may just want to use this learning style but regardless the various forms of collaborative learning.Collaborative learning becomes to group discussion and speaking on behalf.It can not guarantee that everyone's effective part icipation.Based on the hereinbefore problems,this paper put forward some teac hing strategies: the planning-monitoring-replying strategy,the encourage-personal ized counseling strategy,the grouping-cooperation-presentation strategy and the resources sharing-cooperated answering strategy.
