| Nowadays,more and more attention is paid to life science education,which occupies an important position of many courses.With the new round of educational curriculum reform and the appearance of the new curriculum standard based on the new version of the teaching materials available,not only the reform of classroom teaching,but also life science teaching materials and teaching research and exploration have aroused a wide concern.With the processing of the new curriculum reform,the proportion of charts in the new textbooks is growing,and graphics and forms featuring being intuitive,vivid and easy to understand have been widely used.This paper aims to analyze the position,function and classification of charts in biological teaching material,based on constructivism learning theory and information processing learning theory,and puts forward the following opinions: charts,as a kind of visual thinking tool from graphic visualization,can simplify and systematize complex knowledge;charts can stimulate interest in learning and form biological ideas;charts can help to improve the teaching level of teachers;charts are also important for enhancing teacher-student interaction.Through the teachers' and the students' questionnaires,their understanding of the charts in biological materials has been calculated and analyzed.And then by comparing teaching practice and effect,as well as the analyzing teaching cases,the initial application of different types of charts in high school life science teaching and the influence on students' ability are explored.In conclusion,the chart in Biology is an important resource.The intruduction of different types of graphs embodies the core task of high school biology course,that is,to improve students' life science literacy,which is the unity of biological knowledge and skills,process and method emotional attitudes and values.It is clear that different types of graphs are playing an important role in the development of students' abilities. |
