"Let Me", "law Me" And "self" Teacher Morality

The gist of this academic dissertation is mainly about how to promote the construction of morality of teachers.The reason why the gist has been chosen is that: The film<silenced> which was rearranged accord to the true case was put on in Korea in 2011.This film is about that teachers who was in a welfare school have been molesting their students for a long time.It has caused a huge response in Korea after being released and made <the act of sexual assault prevention> re-enacting and it was named <the act of silenced> and reconsider the rime of teachers in the real case.It is worth of considering deeply that how one film can make a new law born.At the same time,the phenomenon of sexual assault or sexual harassment on campus is also common in the campus of China.The topics about construction of morality of teachers has been continues looming.The Teachers who have been praised by others have always been criticized.The wealth of a nation lies in its people-their commitments to country,their willingness to strive and persevere,their ability to think,achieve and excel.Our future depends on continues renewal and regeneration,building upon the experience of the past,learning from the circumstances of the present,and preparing for the challenges of the future.How we teach our students in school will shape the future of our country.As transmitter of knowledge and an influencer of character of students,the functions of teacher can't be neglected.This is why we have to promote the construction of morality of teachers.At the same time this research is also stem from insufficient of the construction of morality in china,in other words although there are plenty of researches about construction of morality in china still lack of foundation of theory.That is to say it is common to talk about the macro suggestion but the concrete measures are still scarce.The main parts of the dissertation can be divided into four chapters.In chapter 2,the author analyses the theory of human nature between east and west.Not only in order to make up the shortage of theory for the construction of morality of teachers but formed a solid foundation for this research.In chapter 3,the author analyses the film<silenced>.not only reveal the root of desire but put foundation for the chapter 3 and chapter 4.In chapter4 and chapter5,the author made an investigation through different teachers in different districts in China,on basis of it make comparison about the construction of morality of teachers between Korean and China and try to inquire how to discipline ego.In chapter 6,the author discusses the enlightenments we can draw from the transform that from teachers' desire to discipline ego.This chapter is also the key of this dissertation.Besides the author put forward the danger that may come from the morality decline of teachers,such as the influence to quality of teaching,the health of body and mind of students,the obstruction to educational development and hinder the progress of society.We have to not only keep the alert but try to promote the morality of teachers.
