Multimedia Case Design And Development Based On Pyramid Principle

In order to improve the students' ability to analyse and solve problems,to deepen their understanding of the basic principles and concepts,the author presents a case study method which is popular in Harvard University: Multimedia case.Through the analysis of the multimedia case design process,the author puts forward the design and development of multimedia case based on the principle of Pyramid.There are three steps to solve the problem in Pyramid: defining the problem,analysing the problem and solving the problem.This step is consistent with the case study case study step.Therefore,based on the principle of Pyramid,the author puts forward four steps to analyse the multimedia case: finding the problem,analysing the problem,presenting the problem and solving the problem.This method provides a structured presentation for multimedia case development.Based on the design results of multimedia case,In this paper,the author puts forward the innovative methods of developing the multimedia case: the design of the plan,the choice of the reference form,the preparation of the planning script and the making of the multimedia case.The results show that this method can be used for the design and development of multimedia cases,not only can a focus on the obvious,primary and secondary clear,logical and clear logic thinking to present the case,but also to help the case of the reader to solve the problem in the case of the story,to deepen their understanding of the basic principles and concepts.
