In the historical developing process of Chinese civilization,the traditional folk music has a wide variety.They are known as the treasure of our national cultural,and they are one of the spiritual impetuses of Chinese nationalities'sustainable development.And in Xiang Xi this ancient and mysterious land,it pregnant with a large number of musical cultural heritages was left by the ancestors from the Miao nationality and Tujia Minority.The He Long marshal's hometown is Sang Zhi County,which is called "the folk songs' hometown",this county is the main source of Tujia Minority folk songs in Xiang Xi,and there are a large number of folk songs in here.In 2006 after the State Council approved,SangZhi Tujia folk songs are included in the first batch of state-level intangible cultural heritage.These intangible cultural heritages are deeply contained a large number of ethnic cultural genes and spiritual traits.These ethnic spirits are precipitated through the long-term production of labor and living practice,which are the national thinking marrow and cultural concept from generation to generation.And it includes the national value concept,psychological structure and temperament emotion,such as the mass consciousness,the group spirit.It is the soul of the nation,the essence and core of national culture.But with the continuous propel of China's modernization process in the recent hundred years,the national local music is facing the dying crisis.Owing to the restriction of the economics of underdevelopment in this district,the backward conception and other factors lead to although the region has abundant musical resources,but music education can't keep pace with most of the region,a large number of outstanding folk music can't get a well heritage and development.So in today's economic,political,cultural globalization,our generation has to protect the traditional culture and national characteristic culture and inherit these cultures for our next generation.School is an important carrier of cultural heritage,so in today 's various musical cultures occupy a tiny space is very necessary.In order to a catch up with the world trend,we have to uphold the educational characteristics of national music,and carry on the education reform in the concept,environment,content and other aspects,because this reform in very necessary.How to excavate national folk music essence,carry forward the spirit of national culture,explore the effective way of folk music into elementary school music class,has become the responsibility and obligation of the basic education workers in multi-ethnic settlements.This paper takes Tujia folk songs as an example and combines with practical teaching work.And it studies the problem of the folk music enter the elementary school music class,and thinks about the problem,finally,it puts forward some reasonable suggestions on this issue.
