In the development of splendid Chinese civilization for thousands of years,ethnic folk music culture has become an important component of splendid Chinese culture with its diverse forms and rich contents.In Hebei Province,this beautiful and rich land,the working people in the process of production and life,gave birth to the gorgeous music culture,which is the precious cultural heritage left by our predecessors for our descendants.After the reform and opening up,the continuous advancement of globalization,people in the improvement of living standards,but also the world culture in the continuous exchange of some contradictions or conflicts.In recent years,the constant penetration of foreign culture has not only changed people's living habits,but also changed contemporary people's musical aesthetics.The massive influx of Western music has made it more and more difficult for the folk music culture to establish itself,so it is urgent to protect the folk music culture.The Ministry of Education pointed out in the Guidelines for Improving The Education of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture issued in April 2014: "Pushing the Chinese excellent traditional culture education,the Chinese excellent traditional culture education system integrated into the curriculum and teaching material system,and improve Chinese excellent traditional culture education of the teachers troop levels,the focus on enhancing the Chinese excellent traditional culture education and multiple support" "We should combine classroom education with practical education,school education,family education and social education,and combine targeted education with systematic education." As the characteristic music culture of Hebei,Hebei folk song is not only the emotional sustenance of the life of the working people in Hebei,but also of high value in terms of expression form and cultural connotation.Therefore,hebei folk songs in what form into the school music teaching,to promote the education and inheritance of excellent traditional Chinese culture,is a problem worth pondering.From the perspective of pedagogy and art education theory,this paper takes hebei folk song teaching practice in L School in Zhangjiakou as a specific case,investigates the current situation of hebei folk song music teaching in this school,and makes some reflections based on the specific practice content.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction of this paper,which discusses the origin and significance of the author's research on this topic,the current domestic and foreign research status,innovation points,research methods of hebei folk song education.The second part discusses the necessity of hebei folk song teaching by discussing the art form of hebei folk song.In the third part,the author went into Zhangjiakou L School,and investigated the teaching content of the school's conventional music class and the status of hebei Folk song class ii,and designed a questionnaire aiming at the implementation of the activity to understand the specific situation of the activity in Zhangjiakou L School.In the fourth part,the author carries on a series of hebei folk song teaching practice in Zhangjiakou L School,and expounds and analyzes the specific effects and shortcomings of hebei folk song teaching implementation.In the fifth part,the author reflects on the problems summarized during the research and practice.Today's primary school students,living in a new century of diverse culture,students in study and life,can access to all kinds of new things,access to music through a wide range of channels,diversified types.When I stepped into my job,I found that students were generally not "cold" about what they learned in class.There seemed to be a wall in the minds of young people about the local music culture in Hebei,which could not be penetrated and deeply understood,and it was very unattractive.In order to break this situation and prevent the aggravation of this situation,it is extremely necessary to integrate hebei folk song music education,inherit local culture,and enhance the status and influence of Hebei folk song in schools in Hebei area.
