As one of the rule education,education of the Code for Primary and Secondary School Students is an important part of moral education in primary and middle schools.As the teenagers' most familiar rules,the students are living and growing up with them.But for a long time,education of the Code for Primary and Secondary School Students plays a neglected or unnecessary role in schools.This phenomenon is worthy of rethinking seriously.The title of the paper is the moral education values and practices of the Code for Primary and Secondary School Students.The main research methods of this paper are referring to different essays and comparing or analysing them.By combing different versions of the Code for Primary and Secondary School Students,and then summarising the reality of moral education in China,we could explain the value of moral education in primary and middle schools.According to it,we could also make a systematic analysis and reflection about the fact,and then put forward specific measures to promote the implementation of the Code for Primary and Secondary School Students.Besides the introduction and conclusion,there are four main parts in this paper.First of all,around the students' code,I have detailedly introduced various versions of the students' code since the founding of China,and then briefly summarized the code of education in different stages.Secondly,based on summarizing the relevant literature and interviewing some people,we could analyze and rethink the present dilemma of the rules education,so the conclusions are weak consciousness,single forms,poor effect and lack of evaluation in the process of rules education.Thirdly,on account of The Code for Primary and Middle School Students,I have made systematic analysis of it.What's more,the moral education value of it,which not only has a solid theory as a support,such as Durkheim's discipline and collectivism education theory,Piaget's theory of moral heteronomy and self-discipline,contractual and legal orientation of Kolberg's cognitive development theory and his collectivism education theory;moreover,it also helps students form moral behavior,and improve moral socialization.Finally,considering the reality of our country,I have proposed some suggestions in the view of macro and micro angles.So,this paper attempts to dig out the value inside The Code for Primary and Middle School Students,and make it no longer be a scrap of paper,but indeed playing the precious value of moral education.
