Aim of this study is based on learning How to use the theory ofcompetency and double-role nursing content analysis, taking example ofHunan H vocational college to build model of double-role teachercompetency. Through analyzing and studying feature factors of double-roleteacher competency, we need to collect, filtrate, analyze and confirm, andbuild model of competency based on these.This study is based on reading and looking up abundant documents,applied behavioral event interview method, questionnaire survey andMathematical Statistic Method to build model of double-role teachercompetency. Including5dimensionality and31items competency features:Individual characteristics(patience, appetency, carefulness, Justice andequity, open personality),team spirit(overall planning ability,Organizational Coordination Ability,crisis management ability,Collaboration awareness,Empathy, communicate ability andInterpersonal relationship);teaching ability (teaching method, ClassroomControl Ability,Ability to accept new things,linking theory with practice,learning ability, language expression art and Psychological counselingability); occupational qualities (Love nursing career,Self image,Ideological and moral cultivation,Professional dedication, Professionalsense of loyalty, Cultivating Ability,Anti-pressure ability and Scholarly);Professionally (Professional knowledge, Practical guidanceability,operating skill and Clinical experience).At present, study of double-role teacher competency at home andabroad is seldom. Result of this study will provide scientific basis ofvocational school selection, examination, cultivate and develop double-role teachers.
