"In one hundred,education for this","education,teachers for this",the teacher is to promote education enterprise rapid and stable development of the main engine.Education reform and development in the national medium and long-term education development program(2010-2020)",will "to strengthen the construction of teachers"as an independent chapter,proposed to build a "strict teacher qualification,improve teachers' quality,create a noble ethics,business skilled,reasonable structure,vibrant high-quality specialization of teachers".The new teacher as a teacher in the field of special groups,is the starting point of beginning teachers' career.Many research results show that both at home and abroad,and the new teacher is teaching the first 4years or so,about the role of teachers to adapt to the situation,deeply influenced the development of later.When students graduate from normal universities has become a teacher of primary school,although know rich theory of education,acquisition of a variety of teaching methods,have a burning desire.Facing the real teaching environment,the new teachers' role is how to adapt to the teaching practice,as well as in how to adapt to the experience in the confusion,and take what kind of method to solve,this is a major problem in this paper.This research adopts qualitative research methods,to adapt to the theory and the role theory as the theoretical basis.From teaching designer,organizer,classroom management and students' academic evaluators of the four school teacher role,researches of datong city,Shanxi Province Y L the teaching practice of teachers' roles to adapt to the situation,to analyze its role in teaching practice the conflicts and problems in the process of adaptation.This research mainly includes the following several parts:The first part is introduction,introduces the research background and reason,purpose and significance,research design,literature review at home and abroad.The second part is the core concept and theoretical basis for the new teacher,teacher's role,role concept analysis,and to adapt to the theory and the role theory to do the theoretical basis of this study.The third part is the research object L the role of the teacher's teaching practice to adapt to the description and analysis of the status quo.Based on instructional designers and organizers of the teachers,managers,L evaluators were observed and interviews,to understand its adapt to the present situation,and to adapt to the problems that exist in the process.The fourth part is according to the inside and outside from society,school,including normal colleges and the analysis of the teaching in schools,teachers' personal factors affecting its adaptation.The fifth part is based on the result of factor analysis,combined with the actual situation,from the social support,normal school teaching and school education and training as well as the three aspects of the subjectivity of the individual teacher help to adapt to the teaching practice of the new teacher role with pertinence suggestion.
