Chinese character is one of the main difficulties of foreign learners to learn Chinese.So, based on the previous study of Chinese characters teaching, The article analyzes Chinese character errors of Thailand middle school students. First, the paper analyzes Chinese characters recognition errors of middle school students in Thailand through three experiments. It is concluded that the error rate of Chinese character recognition is related to the frequency of Chinese characters usage and the structure type of Chinese characters.The writer also thinks the context helps to promote the recognition of Chinese characters.When they recognize Chinese characters, Chinese characters with similar shapes are more misleading than the phonetic similarity of Chinese characters. The Chinese character font is the main factor that affects the middle school students recognizing Chinese characters in Thailand; Second,through the statistical analysis, this paper argues that the main types of errors are different in different stages of learners. In the primary stage, the main types of Chinese character errors are the stroke errors, while the main errors in the middle and advanced stage are the component errors; Third, according to the correlation analysis of the order error words and writing time, the correlation analysis of the order error words and Chinese characters dictation errors of words, This paper considers that the order is not only the learners' writing habits,but also has a significant impact on learners' learning efficiency of Chinese characters.In addition, based on the statistical investigation, this paper analyzes the difficulties in the acquisition of Chinese characters strokes, components and structures, and also learners will be affected by Chinese ontology knowledge, the arrangement of Chinese Textbook and Chinese characters teaching procedure and native Thai.Finally, in this paper,based on the theory of "input-output" and according to the teaching examples,the author puts forward the enlightenment to Chinese character teaching in Thailand middle school. In the input, the teacher should adjust input content and form according to the level of learning. At the same time, we must pay attention to the input sequence and the application of interesting input materials and control input quantity strictly. In the output, the teacher should be flexible to adjust the output of Chinese characters as well as design a variety of output methods and feedback output content actively.In this paper,we mainly use the methods of experimental analysis and corpus statistics,but because of the limitation of the conditions, the experiment can be further improved and the scope can be further expanded.
