Online learning has brought a revolutionary new way of learning due to its characteristics of flexibility,convenience,strong interactivity,no time and space limitation and abundant resources.Online learning has become an important choice for college students.With the development of the Internet and the popularization of the lifelong education concept,online learning is playing a more and more important role in people's daily life and study,especially indispensable for college students.College students' online learning satisfaction is a direct reflection of the quality and effect of college students' online learning and an important indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of college students' online learning.Therefore,the research on college students' online learning satisfaction has great theoretical and practical significance.Under such background,this research adopts the questionnaire survey method andinterviewing survey method to investigate students from seven universities in Wuhan City.On the basis of related theories and literatures,this research analyzes the learners'satisfaction,teachers' satisfaction,curriculums' satisfaction,environment's satisfaction and overall satisfaction for college students with online learning experience.Meanwhile,this research carries on the analysis of the demographic variables,trying to figure out the current condition of college students' satisfaction of online learning and whether the college students' satisfaction is related to the demographic variables.For college students without online learning experience,demographic variables are mainly analyzed to explore whether they are the main factors of affecting college students' participation in online learning.In general,the satisfaction of nearly 80%of college students with online learning experience reaches the "basic satisfaction" or above.Nevertheless,most of them think there are many problems with college students' online learning,which directly influences their satisfaction of online learning,such as the external study motivations can't keep continuously,teachers are not good at online teaching,the interaction in the online learning process is insufficient and so on.In demographic variables,learners' satisfaction is affected by college students' grades and institutions;teachers' satisfaction is influenced by college students' family address and institutions;courses' satisfaction is affected by college students' majors and family address;environmental satisfaction is not affected by demographic variables and the overall satisfaction is obviously affected by institutions.For college students without online learning experience,gender,home location,college,grade,etc.are not the main factors that affect college students' participation in online learning,but to a certain extent,these factors affect college students' utilization of online learning ways.The majors may be important factors influencing college students'participation in online learning.Based on the above conclusions,this research proposes corresponding suggestions from the aspects of institutions,online learning platform and learners,aiming at improving students' online study satisfaction.
