This study designs a set of practical plan for high school biology experiment teaching of performance assessment, mainly on the basis of the theoretical knowledge and the implementation process, specifically designed the specific application to carry out in the high school biology experiment teaching of performance assessment,including that making sure of the requirements about the goals and tasks of performance assessment, providing an operational model for first-line teachers about the performance assessment's standards and rules, analyzing how to choice and design the performance assessment tools; At the same time, the paper designs questionnaires required in the study. In terms of high school biology experiment teaching practice, in view of the different types of experiment, the author selects the confirmatory experiment: the analysis of reducing sugar in biological tissue, and the inquiry experiment: the exploration of the conditions affecting the enzyme activity, two types of experiments in the biology ,Book I , molecular and cellular ,for high schools required. Designs the performance assessment scale respectively, and apply it to the students' experiment class performance assessment in the practical biology experimental teaching in the experimental class, but in comparative class, with the traditional evaluation way, normal experiment and teachers in the process of experimental circuit to observe and guide the student to carry on the experiment operation. Finally, such as questionnaire method, interview method and experimental method, are employed to explore the effect of the performance assessment application in biological experiment teaching in high school.Practice results show that the application of performance assessment in the high school biology experiment teaching is feasible and has a specific application programs. The application effects specifically lie in the following aspects: the students' interest in learning biology has improved; Besides, the biological experiment operation skill of students are more standard; What's more, the students independent,cooperative and exploratory learning consciousness are also enhanced.
