| When a student grows into a professional teacher, it means a change of status from tutee to educator, also contains the meaning of large step in the great difference of social role and self-cognition for novice teacher, which have forced the teachers to struggle between self-orientation and role conversion. Thus, the period of novice teachers make great sense to adaptive pre job training, for it is a key to help them complete role conversion smoothly, realize self-identity and develop professionally.Author of this paper start the research about adaptive pre job training in aspects of training idea, conceptual design, goal setting, course content selection, training mode etc. which is based on the characters of the novice teachers during adaptive phase.The present situation of adaptive pre job training for high school Chinese new teachers is made clear mostly by questionnaire investigation, and the problems are cleared by document analysis partly. Furthermore, ways of improvement could be summarized in comparison and reference.The construction of adaptive pre job training system is immature in China. The top-down ignorance has contributed to many problems, such as unscientific design,goal setting generalization, course content without pertinence, lack of attractiveness training etc. There is an opportunity to take advantage of relevant department’s lazy behavior due to the lack of relevant regulations and guidance document. Therefore,only paying much more attention to adaption pre job training for novice teachers overhand, teacher centered, based on the actual demand of novice teachers, playing novice teachers’ initiative fully can make the plan more targeted. At the same time,building an external support system actively, promulgate relevant regulations and guidelines, establishing supervision and guarantee mechanism can ensure the training work of rule-based. Only in this way can we make sure that the plan of adaptive pre job training for novice Chinese teachers is targeted and effective, and make role conversion of novice teachers possible. |
