It becomes the focus that people pay close attention to gradually.In this study, Changchun No. 45 Secondary School for case, Secondary school teachers to study, a large amount of data in statistics and on the basis of interviews, from different age, sex, education level, marital status, and other subjects taught in the teaching profession in terms of status and impact of fatigue analysis of factors a conclusion on the basis of proposed mitigation measures teacher burnout.The results show that:(1) In Changchun No. 45 Secondary School, the teacher burnout has appeared in part,, moreover, many teachers have a tendency towards burnout, however, this phenomenon is not serious on the whole.(2) The development of teacher burnout is a volatile process, seniority of the teachers in the 6-20 years the highest level of emotional exhaustion, in the go personality and a low sense of accomplishment dimension point of view is not very obvious differences.(3) Sex, education level of burnout in the teaching profession does not exist in all dimensions are significant differences by marital status and education on subjects in all dimensions were significantly different.(4) The impact of teachers on the factors of burnout, teacher burnout is the result of a comprehensive. |
