The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China took building a moderately prosperous society and a modern socialist country in an all-round way as the grand goal of development in the new era.The report stressed the need to give priority to the development of education,attach great importance to the development of rural education,and accelerate the modernization of education.This points out the direction for the development of rural education in the new era.Rural teachers shoulder the sacred mission of revitalizing rural education.The development of rural education is inseparable from the efforts and hard work of rural teachers.However,under the new situation and new circumstances,facing various complex and changeable problems,rural teachers are under increasing pressure and responsibility.In practical work,they should not only face the pressure of distrust from the society and accept the adverse plight of the reduction of social status,but also deal with the backward working,living and traffic conditions in the countryside,pay attention to the application of the knowledge and experience,teach students according to their aptitude,adjust measures to local conditions,strive to do their own work well,but also accept the difficulties and challenges of insufficient salary,and strive for the support and understanding of families,relatives and friends and others.Faced with such complex and invisible pressures and difficulties,the problem of rural teachers’ job burnout is becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to study the job burnout of rural teachers and find the influencing factors that affect the problem,which is related to the development of rural education and the overall situation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.This paper takes rural teachers in Qin’an County,Gansu Province as the research object.After in-depth interviews,this paper compiles the rural teachers’ job burnout scale,obtains the survey data in the form of questionnaire,and preliminarily grasps the actual situation of rural teachers’ job burnout through sorting and analysis: Rural Teachers’ job burnout in Qin’an County is widespread,and the overall average performance is medium;The average level of emotional exhaustion dimension is the highest,the sense of achievement reduction dimension is the second,and the depersonalization dimension is the lowest;And there are some differences in the three dimensions under different statistical characteristic variables.By using SPSS software to extract the influencing factors with high correlation,six classification factors are extracted.Through correlation analysis and classification,it is concluded that the influencing factors of rural teachers’ job burnout in Qin’an County mainly come from six aspects: individual factors,career development factors,social factors,organizational environment factors,family factors and work factors.At the same time,combined with the interview results,this paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of influencing factors from six levels: individual factors come from individual physical condition,the matching degree between personality and work;Social factors are mainly controlled by social status and social recognition;The factors of career development come from the moderation and Realization of career planning;Organizational environmental factors are mainly caused by unscientific and incomplete management system and inadequate implementation;Family factors are caused by the inconvenience of being away from family and the lack of kinship;The main working factors are insufficient salary,loss of high-quality students and imperfect incentive rules for entering the city.Finally,in order to alleviate and improve the current situation of rural teachers’ job burnout,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the aspect of "incentive factors" based on the two-factor theory.
