By literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method to sports teachers' classroom management style, the teaching effectiveness and the correlation between the analysis. Research using the measuring tool is compiled by the researchers themselves classroom management style and the physical education teachers teaching effectiveness questionnaire, questionnaire is mainly divided into two parts, the sports teachers' classroom management style questionnaire according to Robert Sternberg cognitive style of psychological self management theory, combined with the specific content of the sports classroom management establishment; The physical education teachers teaching effectiveness questionnaire on the basis of Hai-qing Lin Taiwan scholars and Chinese scholars Xiao Liang-hong,Lin Guo-xian etc on the discussion of teaching effectiveness, combining with the characteristics of physical education teachers teaching. Study first forecast prepared by questionnaire, and item analysis, factor analysis and letter, validity test, and then USES the formal questionnaire part of middle school PE teachers in Nan-Jing,recycling questionnaire and use SPSS21.0 analysis software for data analysis,conclusions and recommendations are as follows.Conclusion : .Research conclusion: (1) middle school PE teachers classroom management style in the legislative style, evaluation, the overall style of the three style on the orientation; (2) of the overall teaching effectiveness and teaching efficiency of PE teachers in middle schools of all levels have the performance of the upper middle and above level; (3) different gender, position and degree of physical education teachers in the six kinds of classroom management style does not exist differences in orientation in different titles, have different teaching age; (4) the different gender, position and degree on the physical education teachers in the teaching effectiveness of there is no difference, difference exists in the teaching age and title; (5) PE teachers' classroom management style and moderately correlated to the sports teachers' teaching effectiveness(Except the conservative), conservative styles are related, and the teaching effectiveness of the whole sports teachers'classroom management style and teaching efficiency relations close degree according to descending order type was followed by legislation, the overall model, evaluation model and partial, freedom, and conservative; (6) with five classroom management style as prediction variables except (conservative), in the teaching of physical education teachers performance as the dependent variable, by monadic linear regression analysis: Y(teaching)=54.934+2.169*X(integral type style )?Y( teaching)=76.659+1.678*X (judgment type style)?Y (teaching) =92.385+1.224*X (local style)?Y (teaching) =59.898+2.110*X (Integral type style)?Y (teaching)=76.395+1.622*X (free style) , the five regression equation, and the five styles can carry on the forecast to the overall teaching effectiveness.Suggestions: (1) the sports related administrative departments of education,through training, seminars, criticism, communication class rich in the form of physical education teachers in classroom management style concept and concept of infiltration,to clarify the importance of classroom management style PE teachers; (2) the school should focus on teaching experience short PE teachers' professional development,through multiple means, way to motivate working hours long PE teachers, PE teachers classroom management style of diagnosis; (3) the physical education teachers must set up the consciousness of the sports classroom management style, and continuously improve their theoretical level, and self evaluation of teaching effectiveness, from the sports teaching preparation, teaching concept, teaching material, teaching evaluation, teaching method, classroom management aspects of self-reflection and evaluation, improve insufficient.
