With the curriculum reform of various subjects,the teaching style of educators has gradually become the research topic of researchers.Style is some way to achieve the goal of teaching,and it is the main factor that affects learners' participation in class.As an important part of the learning process,students' class participation is also important to its achievements.Through the investigation of teachers' teaching style and students' class participation,this study deeply understood the relationship between the two and their academic achievement,and guided the teaching according to the final conclusion.Based on a model senior high school students and their physics teachers in Xinxiang city,this study investigated teachers' teaching style and students' class participation by using the adapted questionnaire of senior high school physics teachers' teaching style and questionnaire of middle school students' class participation in senior high school physics teaching,and used SPSS to process data to understand the relationship between them.The findings are as follows:First,to the student,the teaching style of physics teachers in senior high school is better,the first of the four teaching styles is rigorous logic type,the lowest is humorous active type.The teaching style of physics teachers is different in gender,and the male level is slightly higher;the teachers of different teaching ages have differences in their teaching style,and with the increase of age,the scores of caring and sharing type and innovative exploration type are gradually reduced;there is a positive correlation between the teaching style of physics teachers and students' physics scores,the higher the total score of the former,the higher the latter.Second,to the student,the overall situation of high school students' physical class participation is good,and the cognitive dimension is slightly lower than the average level,which needs to be improved.There are significant differences in class participation among students of different genders,with boys participating in physics class higher than girls;students at different levels having differences in participation,high groups > middle groups > low groups;middle school students' class participation in different teachers' classes is different in cognitive and emotional dimensions;and there is a very obvious positive correlation between students' physical achievement and students' class participation.Third,to the student,there is a clear correlation between students' class participation and teachers' teaching style.From the overall point of view of teachers' teaching style,the correlation between rigorous logical teaching style and students' class participation is the strongest.Fourth,students' class participation plays a part of intermediary role between teachers' teaching style and students' physical achievement.Teachers' teaching style can not only directly affect students' physical achievement,but also indirectly affect their physical achievement through class participation.Through the research results,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)pay attention to cultivating diversified teaching styles;(2)improve subject literacy and pay attention to students' development;(3)care for students and maintain equal teacher-student relationship;(4)pay attention to cultivating rigorous teaching attitude.
