Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of "Sports And Education Combination" In Sichuan Sports School

This study uses the methods of literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and summarizing and research.This paper takes the administrative departments,and coaches,students,parents,school administrators at the compulsory education stage of Sichuan Province Sports School which is under the Sichuan Provincial Sports Technology Institute,affiliated by the Sichuan Provincial Sports Bureau for investigation objects,to carry out a comprehensive and systematic study on the practice of the usage of “the Combination of Sports and Education” on the students in the stage of compulsory education.This article investigates the present situation of " the Combination of Sports and Education " in the Sichuan Sports School using the relevant knowledge of psychology,management,training and so on.Through the comparative analysis,this paper finds out the problems in the process of "Combination of Sports and Education" in Sichuan sports school,and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures for the actual situation.The research results show that the main problems existing in the process of“Combination of Sports and Education” of Sichuan province sports schools are:(1)the coaches have low scientific training level,and do not attach importance to the studying(2)the contradiction of learning and training is outstanding,and talent training model is single(3)school management still focus on training and coaches,and lack of attention on study(4)sports and education department lack of coordination and communication.Accordingly,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as follows:(1)pay attention to scientific selection of students and scientific training.(2)strengthen the construction of teachers,and improve the level of teaching methods,(3)strengthen the study and management of students' studying,and improve the students' attention on the study(4)reform the school management system,and strengthen the importance of school education.(5)education and sports departments should strengthen communication and cooperation,establish and improve relevant policies and regulations.
