The Design Study On The Teaching Content Of The Inter-class Activities In The Short-term Training Of The “National Training Program”

In 2010,to entirely promote the integrate quality of the teachers from elementary and secondary school,the Chinese Ministry of Education carried out the “National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Training Program”,shortly as “Guopei Program ”.Chengdu Sport University is one of the qualified agency of the program according to the strict bidding requirement and process issued by the the Chinese Ministry of Education.During the short-term training class,it's curriculum totally meets the needs of the standard curriculum,the teachers are all professors approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education,and it's students are teachers from the whole country.Under the requirement of the “Guopei Program”,the primary physical teachers' professional ability promotion includes the ability to design and arrange the long breaks and the ability to create the class-break setting-up exercise.Chengdu Sports University's physical training class for primary school is themed by the development and utilization of primary school's physical class,which is the target of this study.And the long breaks are a very important part of the course,cause it's the best exercise time in schools apart from physical class.This study did questionnaire survey with students from 2014 to 2015.By analyzing the data,this study summarized the content of the long breaks to come out some advice about how to improve,and investigated how those advice worked in 2016.This study thoroughly investigated the courses' content of the “Guopei Program” training class,which is in Chengdu Sport University,by the methods of information query,questionnaire survey,participant observation,data analysis.This study has analyzed the situation of the course arrangement,understood the need of the students,and make some proper teaching arrangement by the curriculum standard of the “Guopei Program”,what's more the study has summarized the long breaks' curriculum and it's teaching arrangement,so it can be used to provide a reference and support for other agencies on how to design the long breaks.
