With the development of science and technology,today's society gradually entered the era of information.Some of the concept of miniaturization,such as micro devices,platforms,occupations,which can be seen everywhere in life come into being.In the field of education,the concept of micro-lecture is being generated in the background of miniaturization.In the background of educational information,which makes the quality of network education resources received more attention in the educational circles.Micro-lecture is a kind of network education resources and has the characteristics which conform to the psychological characteristics of learners of clear objectives,highlight the theme,dapper,various forms.Therefore,the concept of micro-lecture at home and abroad has been greatly respected.A large number of researchers and teachers have analyzed the research and exploration on the theory and practice of micro-lecture.At the present,the research of the micro-lecture is not mature in China,and the phenomenon of "micro-lecture hot" in recent years has made some achievements in the theoretical research of micro-lecture,but in practice,there are still some deviations in the understanding of the design of the micro-lecture,the phenomenon which is just a fragment of the classroom video and a simple screen recording PowerPoint happened in many micro-lecture.Thus how to improve the quality of micro-lecture design in the construction of high-quality network educational resources is imminent.In this study,reading a large number of books related to the micro-lecture understand of the concept,design principles,characteristics,existing problems.In this study is established in excellent practice cases to do the empirical research and select the National University micro teaching competition network in the two award-winning works which are the works of the special award,the first prize and the second prize a total of 180.Using the methods of literature research,content analysis and case study analyze the current situation and the characteristics of each dimension of the micro-lecture.Finally,it can draw the different feature models which are based on different knowledge types of micro-lecture design flow.The research process of this paper mainly includes the following parts:The first part of this study is to review the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,research status at home and abroad to understand the theoretical basis of micro-lecture.;The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis.The word of similar concepts which are the micro-lesson,micro-course,micro-video and micro-lecture are summarized and put forward to the understanding of micro-lecture.On the other hand,based on the theoretical basis of mastery learning theory,cognitive load theory,personalized learning theory,the concept of micro teaching design is determinedThe third part is to design the categories of content analysis on National University micro teaching competition network.This part is to determine the sample,construct the categories which include the basic situation,the use of media technology,teaching design,teache's literacy.Finally,it has reliability test;The fourth part is the design of status and characteristics analysis of award-winning.It analyzes the current situation of the basic situation and media technology application of award-winning and analyzes the present situation and the characteristics of the teaching design and teachers' quality;The fifth part is the construction of the feature model of high quality micro-lecture and Building the model of the whole process of the micro-lecture design.Through the single factor variance analysis on the categories of content analysis reach differences between different types of knowledge in micro-lecture design.According to the difference of single factor theory sets up the of category teaching strategy knowledge model which are different because of the different types of theoretical knowledge,procedure knowledge,experimental operation knowledge,and language knowledge;The sixth part is the summary and outlook,the conclusion of this study,innovation,deficiencies and prospects for the latter research.
