| Track and field events,including basic sports such as walking,running,jumping and throwing,are ubiquitous in People’s Daily life and play an important role in improving people’s physique and health.Although track and field sports are relatively common,The teaching and practice of track and field technical movements are single,and some movements are complicated in structure.As a result,students are not interested in learning and have low initiative to participate in exercises.Interesting track and field teaching aims at the physical and mental characteristics of different learning objects,organically combines physical education with sports games and competitions,and designs targeted interesting track and field exercises,which can improve students’ interest in track and field learning and enable them to actively participate in track and field sports that enhance their physical quality and health.Fun track and field teaching method has been fully carried out in primary school,and has formed a systematic fun track and field teaching and fun sports meeting,which is of great help to primary school students’ track and field learning.However,fun track and field teaching in high school is not very ideal,and related research is insufficient.This study adopts the methods of literature review,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and expert interview,and selects two classes of Grade 2019 in Yangzheng Middle School in Yizhang County,Hunan Province as the experimental objects.The two classes were divided into control class and experimental class,which adopted traditional track and field teaching and fun track and field teaching respectively.The corresponding experimental data were obtained after 15 weeks of teaching experiment.By comparing and analyzing the data before and after the experiment,this paper studies the influence of interesting track and field teaching methods on track and field classroom teaching effect.The results showed that the students in the two classes before the experiment were on the same level in terms of physical shape and physical quality.After 15 weeks of teaching experiment,the results of 800m/100 m running in the control class were significantly improved before and after the experiment(P<0.01),the results of50 m running and sit-up were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the results of800m/ 1000 m running and sit-up were significantly improved(P<0.05).The results of the 50-meter run and the 800-meter/1000-meter run were significantly different before and after the comparison between the control class and the test class.After the experiment,the students in the experimental class gave a better evaluation of their subjective attitude than the control class.In terms of skill evaluation,after the teaching experiment,both classes improved their performance in track and field technical evaluation.The total number of students who got A and B increased,while the total number of students who got C and D decreased.The technical evaluation scores of the students in the experimental class are better than those in the control class,but the difference is not obvious.According to the research results,there are the following conclusions:1.In terms of physical fitness,both teaching methods have improved students’ physical fitness.There is a significant difference between the 50 meter run,standing long jump,front solid ball throw,and 800 meter/1000 meter classes.The improvement effect of fun track and field teaching methods is better than traditional track and field teaching methods,and has the same teaching effect as traditional track and field teaching.2.In terms of skill level evaluation: After the teaching experiment,the skill levels of both classes of students have improved.By comparing the skill evaluation levels of the two classes,the improvement effect of the experimental class is more significant than that of the control class.3.In terms of sports fun: After the teaching experiment,the evaluation of subjective attitudes by the experimental class students was better than that of the control class in all aspects,indicating that fun track and field teaching has a better psychological impact on students than traditional track and field teaching. |
